How can I get on the guest list?

Pacha ICONS does not operate open guest lists. Entry is by tickets, and tickets are available for purchase through our website. Advance booking is recommended.

What is your refund policy?

In line with our cancellation policy, event tickets are non-refundable once purchased. For any questions regarding your booking, please contact our team using the ticket enquiry details above.

All the tickets for my group are in my name. Is that a problem?

No. If you have purchased multiple tickets for your group and each ticket displays your name, please arrive together on the night of the event. All guests will be admitted upon presentation of a valid ID.

Opening hours vary by event. Please refer to the individual event listing for exact timings.

What is the age requirement?

Age requirements differ by destination:

Ibiza: guests must be 18 years of age or older with valid ID. There is no age restriction for the Restaurant before midnight.
Dubai: guests must be 21 years of age or older with valid ID
