Born in Livorno, Italy, Ilario Alicante discovered his passion for electronic music at a young age, producing early tracks in his bedroom with self-built equipment. His curiosity, discipline, and connection to the dancefloor quickly shaped a musical identity rooted in rhythm, emotion, and global club culture.

A dedicated clubber, Ilario spent his formative years immersed in Europe’s nightlife, with Ibiza playing a defining role in his artistic awakening. His breakthrough arrived with “Vacaciones En Chile”, followed by the acclaimed “Living Near Africa”, releases that established him as one of the most exciting new Italian talents.

Driven by a desire to explore and innovate, he launched his own imprint Deep Moves, and later Virgo, a creative platform that includes the Virgo Transmissions series—highlighting collaborations, experimental projects, and emerging talent.

Ilario’s career has taken him to some of the world’s most renowned stages, along with key collaborations, including work with legendary artist Giorgio Moroder. His performance at Milan’s Tree of Life, streamed globally during the post-lockdown period, became one of his most celebrated moments.
