Since joining BBC Radio 1 in 2012, Danny Howard has grown into one of the station’s key dance music voices. His Friday 6pm Radio 1 Dance slot reaches over a million weekly listeners, placing him alongside Sarah Story and Pete Tong as one of the faces of BBC Radio 1 Dance. Across his shows, Danny continues to showcase the best in house, club and electronic music, helping shape the sound of weekends across the UK.

Beyond broadcasting, Danny Howard is first and foremost a DJ.
